Bright Futures Aid Sees New Rules Set

For students smart enough to qualify for Bright Futures scholarships, one extra form should not be too daunting. It had better not be. Bright Futures scholars must now submit a federal form that details their parents’ income and assets to receive their scholarships in time to pay for classes when school resumes in August.
